Upstream Fish Company is now under new ownership, and Chef Matt is excited to bring his passion for the seafood industry to the lake. With over 25 years of experience owning and operating various seafood and restaurants across Colorado and Missouri, he looks forward to continuing the tradition of quality while introducing his own distinctive flavors and culinary vision. While you’ll still find some of the favorites from previous ownership, Chef Matt is eager to elevate the experience with his personal touch.

The shop was very clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. The food looked incredibly fresh and appetizing from the moment I walked in. I ordered the shrimp tacos, truffle fries, coleslaw, and hush puppies, and everything was absolutely delicious. The crab I took home was also fresh and flavorful. Jacolby and Sammie provided outstanding service. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience enjoyable. They took the time to answer questions and clearly knew the menu and products well. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommend this place for fresh seafood, delicious food, and exceptional customer service!

Great local shop. We had been customers prior to it changing ownership. One of our favorite things was the smoked salmon. So happy they shared the recipe and the cure t owners are still smoking the best damn salmon! Went in today and on the owners recommendation picked up a piece of Opa (moonfish) and that fish was so fresh I swear it flirted with me. Made it for dinner and it was legitimately better than any restaurant in town.
